Ordering-You MUST be 18 or older to commission me and I require a photo of your government issued ID with your username and current date at the time of your order.
-Be sure to be clear when you order to avoid confusion, please use clear grammar and avoid using slang terms in order to be as understood as possible.
-provide useful reference images so I can be sure what you are looking for and if I will be able to provide what you are looking for.
-Under no circumstances will I work from an AI generated reference sheet, there are real artists you can commission for a reference sheet, or you can make your own using a base/lineart.
-If your commission is not NSFW, do not send me a NSFW reference sheet. DO NOT, under ANY circumstances, send me a feral NSFW reference, these will lead to an immediate blacklist.
-please be specific with what you want, if artwork, what would you like the character doing? Do you have a theme in mind? Would you like to give me Artistic Liberty to do what I’d like?
- I reserve the right to increase my prices any time I open, if I quoted you a price two weeks ago and my prices went up you will need to obtain a new quote.
- I reserve the right to alter prices on a case-by-case basis due to the complexity of the subject.
- I have the right to refuse your commission based on the subject matter and whether or not I feel that I can complete your commission up to the standards of the rest of my work.
-I have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, this includes rude, harassing, or threatening behavior.
Harassment of any kind is not tolerated in any way and will result in your order being canceled and you will be blacklisted.
- In most cases I will not work with materials provided by the client, I would like to ensure that your item is made with high quality, safe, and long lasting materials . In the case that you need something to match an existing item or would like to use premade parts such as headbases or eye blanks, I require links to these materials so that I may check them over and add them to the quote myself. In the case of rare furs I may make an exception for friends only.
-If I tell you I am not comfortable with something, do not push the issue, please respect my comfort levels and do not cross boundaries that have been set.

Payment-Prices do not include shipping, shipping will be calculated when your item(s) are completed and a separate invoice will be sent.
-Payment will be sent via paypal Invoice. that I will send to you upon agreement of commission.
-Under no circumstances are you to send money via 'family and friends', This is very important for both the commissioner and the artist.
-So I know that you have read through all of my terms, please include the word "Dinosaurs" somewhere in your note/e-mail. I hate to have to do this, but I need to be sure that you are completely familiar with my TOS.
-Do not bribe or haggle me for a discount, it is highly unacceptable and you will be blacklisted.
-All orders are to be paid up front, I will not start your commission until I receive full payment.
-I do not do rush orders under any circumstances!
-If I don’t hear back from you regarding your commission within 72 hours I will assume that you are no longer interested and your commission will be canceled.

Commission Process-WIPs for approval and revisions will be given regularly, when a significant portion has been completed, upon request, or if I find that I have a question about something. Artwork WIP’s will have a large watermark, the finished artwork you receive will be signed and have a very faint watermark.
-It may take anywhere from a few days to a month or more to complete your commission, depending on things like health, family, how busy things in my life currently are, character complexity and where you are in my Queue.
-Your artwork will be sent to you via EMail, Telegram, etc. as a full-resolution digital file. I do not currently offer Prints/posters/Etc.
-Shipping costs are not included in the price for any suit/plush work and will be calculated once your items are paid in full and completed. Shipping is due within two weeks of completion, failure to pay shipping in this timeframe will result in a storage fee.
-After 1 month of storage with no correspondence your commission will be considered abandoned and no refund will be provided. If it is a commission your items will be altered and resold.
-Storage fees may be waived if proper communication and reasoning is provided.
-I cannot provide exact shipping before the suit is made.
-Once your item has shipped I am NOT RESPONSIBLE if your package is lost or stolen. While unfortunate, It is out of my control and I cannot be held liable, this includes customs fees, delays, or if your item is lost or stolen.

Customer Satisfaction-Small changes to markings, patterns, coloring and/or lineart can be made. An excessive amount of changes will result in additional fees per change.
-Significant changes that require me to essentially remake or re-sew a character/item will come with an additional charge based on complexity.
-Additional charges may also apply if you were unclear about something and wish to have it changed or altered.
*These do not apply if it is something that is my own fault, however.

Copyright/Usage Policy-I hold all copyright to the finished artwork, not the commissioner, unless stated otherwise.
-Artwork commissions may only be used by myself and the commissioner, or those included in the work.
-YOU MUST AGREE TO NOT: use my art commercially (Make money with it), Take credit for it or give none at all (not mentioning my name or linking to me), remove my personal signature or otherwise edit the art in any way without my permission. YOU DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE THE RIGHT TO MINT/ SELL MY ARTWORK AS NFT OR FEED IT INTO ANY AI SOFTWARE!
-I have the right to use your commission to promote myself, such as posting it on online sites, publish books with it, display it IRL, I will give appropriate credit.
-if you want your commission to be private and not shown anywhere, I will charge a 20% privacy fee.

Cancellation/Refund Policy-the first 40% of the total cost of the commission is nonrefundable.
-I hold the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
-Refunds will not be issued on completed works and I do not accept returns.
-If payment has not been sent, you may cancel the commission.
-If materials have been ordered and/or work has been started you will NOT receive a full refund.
-If a refund is demanded during work time, I will keep a portion based on completion and material costs.

Additional Information- I would be happy to repair or refurbish any of my suits, customers will be responsible for shipping costs BOTH WAYS in addition to the cost of repairs or refurbishment.
- Once your suit is in your hands I do not care what you do with it, however, I will no longer offer repairs or refurbishments to suits that have not been properly cleaned or have been used for any NSFW acts.
-I will not copy another maker's style or copyrighted characters, asking me to copy a maker's style will result in a blacklist.
-I am not liable for any injury caused by misuse or lack of precaution taken during wear of one of my products, this includes things such as wearing your suit in extreme heat and getting heat stroke, tripping and falling due to limited visibility, getting a piercing caught or torn on your suit, please practice safe suiting at all times!

Anything agreed upon in writing, including E-Mails or Direct Messages, is a binding contract. This document is available in my linktree at all times, as well as sent prior to commissioning me and again in every invoice that is sent.
